Ah Las Vegas
To us, the value of Las Vegas is not the party, but the beauty.
For years the visual Las Vegas was nothing more than large gambling halls decorated with over the top neon lighting.
Then about 10 years ago a change became apparent in how Las Vegas looked. Buildings began cladding themselves in mirrored glass, new buildings were designed with curves, and resorts took on an exotic look.
For the photographer, opportunity abounds in Las Vegas. I walk the strip and into lobbies carrying a tripod, not a suitcase. I seek the top level of parking garages, even when they are closed off to cars.
